A wife, mom of 3, and someone who deeply loves Jesus. I'm also the founder of The Stronger Collective.

I created TSC because I understand how hard it can be to stay consistent with your health when life is full.
Not because you don’t care.
Not because you’re incapable.
But because most plans don’t account for real life or faith.

I’ve walked through seasons where I knew what to do, but struggled to keep it sustainable. And through that process, I learned something important: women don’t need more motivation or more pressure. We need clear structure, steady support, and rhythms that meet us where we are.

In 2018, God placed a vision on my heart, to create a space where Christian women could grow stronger in their bodies and more grounded in their faith, without shame or striving.

I also knew this couldn’t be built alone.

That’s why The Stronger Collective brings together a team of faithful, compassionate coaches, women who specialize in everything from Pilates and postpartum recovery to hormones, mindset, and holistic health.

In late 2025, I walked through a season I never expected, battling breast cancer. During that time, The Stronger Collective wasn’t something I pushed harder in. It was a lifeline that reminded me how powerful simple rhythms, faith-centered movement, and steady support can be, even when life feels uncertain.

Together, we support women as they build strength, energy, and consistency, through every season of life.
