A wife, mom, and someone who deeply loves Jesus. I'm the founder of The Stronger Collective.
I get it. Because I’ve been there, too. I know what it’s like to feel tired all the time, to start with good intentions but struggle to stay consistent, and to wonder if anything will actually work for your body anymore. I know the guilt of putting your health last and the frustration of not feeling confident in your own skin.
That’s why I created TSC. Women don’t need another app, another challenge, or another plan that leaves them overwhelmed and burned out. We need something that accounts for both our faith and our real-life seasons.
After walking through my own burnout, body image struggles, and fitness extremes, God gave me a vision in 2018: a space where Christian women could feel strong and confident again, without shame or striving.
And I knew I couldn’t do it alone. That’s why TSC brings together a team of faithful, compassionate coaches, women who specialize in everything from Pilates and postpartum recovery to hormones, mindset, and holistic health. Together, we’ve helped women build strength, energy, and consistency in every season of life.
